Topic: some people think living in big cites is bad for people’s health.

To what extend do you agree?

It is believed by some people that life in metropolises has a detrimental effect on people’s health. I partly disagree that lives of people live in big cities is harmful for their health.

To begin with, there are some reasons why I disagree that living in a big cities is bad for people’s health. First of all, people who live in mega cities can be offered widely available servies such as 24-hours gyms and hospitals. In the case of gyms, it makes people exercise on a regular basis, and it can give rise to keeping people healthy. Moving on medical centres hospitals can serve people, especially the elderly people medical treatment everywhen even at midnight. It can prevent people from unpredicted dieases like cancel.  In addition, finding sedentary office jobs in big cities is much easier than that of rural arees. Many companies that most people want to work at are located in big cities. Also people live in rural areas are likely to engaging in physical labour to earn their money such as farming, fishing and domesticating.

On the other hands, If people live rural areas, they can less get some stresses. People in big cities have fast lifestyle and it can lead to sleep deprivation. For example, there are many vehicles on road in big city while rural area has no heavy traffic. Hence, people who has heavy traffic should be ready for leaving our due to rush hours and it cause them to wake up early. On top of that, rural areas have many green land such as parks and gardens. This environment is helpful for people to maintain their body heathy and it can make people clear their mind. Also, it is good to not only physical health but also mental health.

In conclusion, there are both beneficial and detrimental reasons for living in big cities to people. And I partly disagree this view.
